Where: Just west of N. Academy Blvd. on Maizeland Ave.
Driving Directions: From Maizeland Ave., enter the main gate to Palmer park. Pass the main parking lot and baseball fields on the right. When the road bends to the left, look straight ahead to an old baseball field on the right side of the road.
Parking: Parking is on the right between the road and the fenced in dog park. Additional parking is on the left, across the road.
Amenities: Palmer Park also has an off-leash area at Yucca flats. Continue past the fenced-in dog park and up the hill. When you get near the top, look for a sign on the right for Lazyland group picnic area and Yucca Flats. Turn right on the gravel road then bear left at the Y (the right turn will take you to the group picnic area). Parking area is at the end of the road and off-leash trails lead out from there.
Old baseball field that has been fenced in and converted into a dog park.
